This journey through the shadows is one helluva ride! Approaching all areas of our psyche, from darkness to light, and all of the gray areas in between is no easy feat. It IS a rewarding journey if you can find the strength to endure! 

Embrace Uniqueness

Sharing our experiences could allow us to see how unique we all are in spite of our similarities. Our journeys can help someone better understand their own and maybe even embrace life a bit more gracefully. I decided to share my messages from spirit to hopefully touch someone in their moment of need. I hope they resonate deeply and provide even just a mustard seed of motivation to keep moving. 

Inspiration

My experiences are vast, both fortunately and unfortunately. Even still, I love looking for new inspiration. In learning new things, we gain a more in-depth understanding of self, and of the mind, body and spirit. There’s also a better understanding of the human race and the societies we live in that mold us into who we become.

I am always a student, ready to explore ways to make this world a better and kinder place for us all. I pray that if you have found this post, you are on a similar journey. 

Shadow Work

Consider this. Reshaping or altogether dismantling how we have been molded is done by understanding who we are, for ourselves. Not through the lenses of some other inauthentic, external source. Most of the chaos within stems from those fabricated versions of self as we try to cope or fit into whatever norms we were taught. Let’s try thinking for ourselves with a rational “thinking mind”, controlled by a well conditioned “non-thinking mind”.

I’m always excited when I have a revelation about how I’ve been moving through life and the “why”. Or when I finally understand something about myself or of someone else. You know, those AH-HA moments. Old lessons or words of wisdom that didn’t resonate previously, but stops you in your tracks when it finally clicks. Like an old rusty lock being forcefully worked for what seems like eternity. Each key attempt breaking away rust deposits until finally it is opened for us to see what was hidden away for so long. What was hidden within ourselves! 

I am SO excited and looking forward to growing with you all on this journey of peace, love, happiness and understanding! Let’s face our shadows and move forward into our blessings!
